The Only Products available for possibility of being returned are Ferguson Floors DIY Product Store products.  (All other products sold by Ferguson Floors or in conjunction with a Ferguson Floors project are not available to be returned, as those are Special Order).  Store Product must be examined by Customer at time of product pickup, and any damage noted at time of pickup (if external damage) or within 7 days of product pickup (if damage is inside the box and not seen externally).  Product returns are subject to a 20% restock fee and only available for unopened boxes (or trims in perfect condition).  Returns must be made and completed, including product returned (if authorized) within 30 days of date of purchase.  Ferguson Floors personnel will be the ones to authorize any return, upon verification of product condition and the 30 day required window.  To start a Return inquiry or Damage claim, please start by calling Ferguson Floors first.  Ferguson Floors will then verify the information and coordinate directly with Customer for next steps.  

All Online purchases are ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP IN WOODINVILLE, WA.  After your Online purchase, a Ferguson Floors employee will call you to verify your order and schedule a date/time for Product Pickup at our location (Mon-Fri only).  There is no Shipping option.  (This product is a stock item at Ferguson Floors, and should be readily available, but may be subject to replenishment if current stock is less than the size of your order.  If you want to see the product first or have questions about quantity or lead time, please call Ferguson Floors first, prior to placing an Online order).  At time of Product Pickup, the Customer is responsible for securing their Order for transport in their vehicle, which may require Ratchet straps or other equipment, any/all provided by Customer.  Ferguson Floors is not responsible for product once it is being handled by Customer, stored in Customer's vehicle, transported in Customer's vehicle, or after this time.
